Objective: In our study, it is aimed to examine the effect of surgery on brain perfusion with ASL sequence MRI taken before and 12 weeks after in cases non-syndromic craniosynostosis treated clinic. Materials Methods: The study was conducted between 28.12.2021-16.09.2022 10 patients who evaluated preoperatively surgically at Neurosurgery Clinic Ankara City Hospital. Perfusion performed postoperatively. preoperative postoperative images obtained were comparatively workstation. About rates, found be statistically significant four seven whom an increase detected (p≤0.05), while one decrease observed. (p≤0.05) Conclusion: Surgical treatment effective craniosynostosis. alteration may different according surgical technique, patient age time type addition cosmetic improvement, can also changing neurological functions. MRI, which doesn’t require contrast non-invasive, successful method demonstrating quantitative effectiveness
